Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Ginger Root, *Canola Oil, Garlic, 3 cloves saltcurry powderwater
Cut up,then brown chicken - set aside
pulse spinach in food processor
saute garlic, onions and ginger abt 1 min
return chicken
(salt to taste)
add remaining ingredients
simmer 20 mins
serve over rice
makes 4 servings
