Pumpkin Pie Low Carb

Ingredients
Butter flavor cooking spray16 oz can unsweetened pumpkin18 packets Stevia sweetener(with fiber)2 Tbs Butter2 Tsp Vanilla extract1 Can Carnation evaporated low fat milk 1/2 C bisquick heart Healthy2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice2 large eggs
Directions
1) preheat oven to 350. Coat 9" pie pate with cooking spray
2)In large bowl whip eggs and combine all ingredients. Mix for about 2 minutes with electric mixer
3)Pour into pie plate and bake for about 50 minutes until puffed and set.
4) Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve cut into 12 pieces
