1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained 3 small fresh tomatoes, chopped¼- ½ tsp cayenne pepper1-2 tsp cumin1 tsp coriander1 tsp or to taste cilantro (dried or fresh)
In saucepan combine beans, tomatoes and spices. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until thickened.
