Turkey/Beef Burger

Ingredients
3 lbs ground turkey1 lb ground beef (I used angus extra lean)2 whole large eggs2 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp ketchup2 tbsp onion powder2 tbsp granulated garlic1 tbsp chives (or onions if you like)1 tsp kosher salt (optional)1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper1 tsp cayenne pepper1.5 tsp crushed red pepper3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Prepare grill by cleaning any left over residue and oiling grate.
Over medium heat, grill patties about 10 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
