Oatmeal Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
*Oatmeal Steel Cut, 3 cup (remove)*No Name Cake and Pastry Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .25 tbsp (remove)Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)Margarine, hard, .5 stick (remove)*Apple Sauce, unsweetened, No Name (1 serv=2/3 c), .5 serving (remove)*Pumpkin - Libby's puree (1/4 cup), .33 cup (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)Milk, 2%, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Blend together and then add chocolate chips. Cover the mixture and put in the fridge for 2+ hours. You just need enough time for the oats to soak up some liquid.

From there spoon onto a cookie sheet and cook for 13 minutes at 375.
