Salmon Stuffed Celery

Ingredients
1 15-oz can salmon or 2 vacuum-packed packages salmon (I used left-over Coho salmon)8 oz softened cream cheeseJuice & zest on lemon1 tsp prepared horseradish1Tbsp diced shallots or spring onions1/4 tsp salt (opt)1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 bunch celery, cut in thirds.
Directions
Mix all ingredients except celery. Chill 4-8 hours. Stiff salmon-cheese mixture into celery thirds and serve. (I used as a dip with vegetables.)
