Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2 Cans Sweet Corn3 Cans Creamed Corn1 can Evaporated Milk1 onion, sliced thin2 medium potatos1 tbsp Olive Oilsalt and pepper2 C american cheese, cubed
Directions
Saute onions in olive oil until transucent
Place all incredients in crock pot or dutch oven
Cover and cook on low approx. 6 hours, stirring occassionally. Remove lid and cook down to desired consistency.
