Peanut Butter Cookies without flour

Directions
1 egg, beaten1 cup sugar1 cup creamy peanut butter
Mix all ingredients, roll level tablespoons into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork.
Bake at 350 deg for 18 minutes or convection 335 deg for 17-18 minutes
Note - I use a ice cream scooper (1-1/4 ") and parchment paper.
