Ingredients
5 eggs1 cup of all egg whites1/2 green pepper chopped1 cup of mushrooms chopped1 pkg of frozen spinach cooked and drained1/3 c of mozzerella cheese2 breakfast sausage patties chopped
Directions
beat together the eggs and egg whites in a dish. Then add all the ingredients to the egg mixture. Divide the mixture into cupcake pan that is sprayed with nonstick spray. Should make around 20 cups. If you want to make an even 24 add 1 more egg and 1/4 of egg whites.

cook on 350 degrees for 20 minutes
