Simple Rotel Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
3 cans black beans1 onion (chopped)1 T. olive oil1 can rotel tomatoes w/ chilis
Directions
Add olive oil to pan. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Add 2 cans of black beans and 1 can Rotel tomatoes. Blend 1 can of black beans and add to soup. Simmer 15 min. and serve!
