Greek Salad w/ Chickpeas

Ingredients
Directions
1 can of chickpeas (drained & rinsed) 1 cucumber16 cherry tomatoes1 yellow pepper1 small yellow onion1/2 cup feta cheese3 tbsp olive oil2 tsp each basil & oreganosalt and pepper to taste
Drain and rinse chickpeas, add to bowl
Chop cucumber in half lengthwise, and then chop into medium size pieces
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, lengthwise
Chop yellow pepper into 1" pieces
Chop onion in half, then slice into long thin strips
Toss all ingredients in the bowl with feta cheese, basil, oregano, salt & pepper and olive oil.
Enjoy!
(Note: you may want to add lemon if you like)
