Brown Rice, Black Beans and Pork

Ingredients
1.5 Cups of cooked whole grain brown rice 4.5 ounces of chopped onion1 T Olive Oil6 oz of lean pork loin, Cooked Roast or chops1 can black beans drained and rinsedMrs Dash garlic and herb
Directions
Brown onion in olive oil. Add cooked chopped pork loin and heat add beans and cooked rice and season to taste with mrs dash garlic and herb. Could use any flavor. Heat through and serve. If you want more of a rice dish double the rice and don't forget to adjust your calories. 4 servings 1 cup each
If it is to bland you can add soy sauce, or red chili sauce. Watch your sodium . But if you add enough mrs dash it should be fine.
