surprise banana bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour3/4 cup splenda(or other sugar subsitute)1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup mashed bananas2/3 cup mayonnaise(replaces eggs and butter, fat free mayo is not appropriate)1/4 cup water1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips(no calculated in calories)
Directions
In mixer, stir together dry ingredients at medium speed.
Put remaining ingredients, adding nuts or chocolate chips last. Bake on 350 degrees in 9x5 pan or in a 12 cupcake pan for 30- 40 minutes. less time needed for cupcakes. Cake is done when a tooth pick poked into center of bread comes out clean.
