Vegan Carrot Salad (by BAGN)

Ingredients
2 cups of grated carrots3 tbsp (1.5 oz) of chopped walnuts3 tbsp (1.5 oz) of raisins2 celery stalks (including leaves) chopped fine1 apple (about 1 cup) cored and diced.25 cup fresh pineapple diced (or canned packed in juice in a pinch)3 tbsp of Grapeseed Oil Vegenaise (egg & dairy free mayo)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed. Makes about 4 servings.
