Slow Cooker Chicago Italian Beef

Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon onion salt3 cups water1 teaspoon dried parsley1 teaspoon garlic powder1 (0.70 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix1 package McCormick Au Jus, low sodium5 lbs rump roast1 cup Birds Eye Frozen Green, Yellow, and Red Pepper Strips
Directions
In small sauce pan, combine everything but peppers and Roast. Bring to a boil. Pour over beef, in slow cooker.

Cook at high for 4 to 6 hours, or low for 8 to 10 hours.
