Healthy Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
1 15oz can pumpkin 1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup packed brown sugar3-4oz apple juice or cider3/4 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients in a saucepan

2) Bring to a boil (stir often)

3) Let simmer for 30 minutes, until desired texture is acheived
