-*White Rice, medium grain, 3 cup -Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped -*Canola Oil, 2 1tsp -Ginger, ground, 1 tsp -Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 3 tbsp -Lemon juice, 2 tbsp -Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed -Salt, .25 tsp -Peas, frozen, 2 cup
-In a nonstick skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add ginger and garlic; saute 1 minute longer. Add Soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and salt; simmer. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add rice and thawed peas; cook and stir over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Serving size is 3/4 cup
