3T olive oil2onions chopped3 Cloves garlic8oz fresh mushrooms chopped1/2 lb potatoes1T dried rosemary1T sage1T thyme2C water1 packet herb oxsalt and pepper to taste
put olive oil in pan and heat. add onion cook until soft. Add garlic, mushrooms cook for 3 minutes. add potatoes, water, and all the seasoning. Cook until potatoes are soft. makes 6 or more servings.
