Ingredients
Directions
* Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can drained * Quaker Large Flake OATS, 0.375 Cup * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped * Garlic, 1 clove * Lime Juice, 1 lime yields * Egg, fresh, 1 large & whatever seasonings you like.
Put oats in a food processor and pulverize into a coarse flour (very coarse, I still have noticable pieces of oats but I like it) of your desired consistency.
Spray a small frying pan and sautee garlic and onion.
Mix everything together and form into 4 patties.
Spray a larger frying pan and lightly fry the patties on both sides until they are warm inside.
A home made pico de gallo would go really nicely on top of these...
