Bison Stew (simple but savory) low carb

*Bison Meat, 16 oz Green Beans (snap), 40 beans (4" long) Vegetable Broth, 2 cupRed Wine, 4 fl oz Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Savory, ground, .25 tsp *Garlic: granulated (Sauers's), 0.25 tspSalt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash1 tablespoon cornstarch
brown 1 pound bison meat and place in stock pot with 2 cups vegetable broth, 1/2 cup red wine, a dash of salt, a dash of pepper, 1/4 tsp ground savory and 1/4 tsp granulated garlic (or powdered) bring to boil and then turn down to simmer. chop garlic finely and add
chop 3 stalks of celery, green beans, (and any potatoes if you choose to add them) put vegetables into stew 1 hour before finished.
before serving, add 1 tablespoon cornstarch to thicken broth. (you may want to mix it into a small amount of water and then add to broth in order to avoid lumps)
