4 tsp Curry powder 0.50 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1.50 tsp Salt 15 Garlic 16 tbsp Cilantro, raw 4 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 3 cup uncooked brown rice 1 tbsp Olive Oil 16 serving Chicken - Kirkland Canned Chicken Breast in Water 1serv=2oz 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
In a large kettle, saute the onion and garlic in the chicken fat. Add seasoning and continue to cook and stir for a few seconds. Add rice and continue to cook and stir for a few more seconds. Add water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; stir. Cover and turn down heat to low just to keep it at a low simmer. Cook for 45-60 minutes without stirring until water is all absorbed and rice is very tender. Makes about 11 cup size servings.
