1 eggland's best egg, 1 mushroom sliced, 1 tbs chopped green pepper, {I use frozen}, 1 Tbs Hormel bacon bits, 1 Tbs onion,(I use minced) . Spread cheese on bun.Makes 1 breakfast sandwich
Add 1 eggland's best egg, 1 mushroom sliced, 1 tbs chopped green pepper, {I use frozen}, 1 Tbs Hormel bacon bits, 1 Tbs onion,(I use minced) Mix well, breaking yolk. Microwave on high 1 minute. Spread cheese on bun, add egg mixture. Enjoy!
For vegetarian, leave out bacon bits.
