Spinach & Onion Egg Muffins

Ingredients
6 Eggs1/4 Cup Onions1/3 Package of frozen spinach1/2 Cup Milk 2%1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
Directions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- cook onions until translucent
- defrost spinach
- whisk 6 eggs and 1/2 cup milk

- add cheese and veggies, then pour mixture into muffin tins (about 1/4-1/2 way up)
- place in oven for 20-22 minutes until set
