* *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 1 serving (remove) * *Pearled Barley - dry, 0.25 cup (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Green Beans (snap), 453 grams (remove) * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels (remove) * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove) * Garlic, 4 tsp (remove) * *Better Than Bullion (1 cup prepared), 3 cup (remove) * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove) * Red Potato, 300 grams (remove) * *Kosher Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Bay Leaf, 1.5 tsp, crumbled (remove) * Basil, 2 tbsp (remove) * Ground Beef (extra lean), 1.34 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove) * *Soup, beef broth, bouillon, consomme, prepared with equal volume water, commercial, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Add to slow cooker. Chop and add all other ingredients including uncooked barley. Cook for 6 to 8 hours or until done.
