Ingredients
1 Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain2 Slices Avocado2 poached eggs2 Tbls sprouts2 Tbls light cream cheese
Directions
Toast English muffin and spread 1 tablespoon of light cream cheese on each half. Poach eggs and place one on each muffin. Top with Avocado and sprouts. Salt and pepper to taste.
