Ingredients
Ground Turkey Sausage, browned10 Large Eggs, lightly beaten2 Cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese3 Cups of 1% Milk3 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread, cut into cubes1 1/2 tsp. Ground Mustard1 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Garlic PowderDash of Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine the eggs, cheese, milk, garlic powder, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in turkey sausage and bread.

Pour into prepared dish and bake for 1 hour.
