1 15 oz. Can Pureed Pumpkin3/4 Cup Sugar1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ground Ginger1/4 tsp Ground Cloves10-12 oz. Soft Tofu, Whirled Smooth in Food Processor 1 9-Inch Pie Shell, Unbaked
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cream pumpkin and sugar. Add salt, spices and processed tofu. Mix until smooth.
Pour into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
Lower oven to 350 degrees and back for 40-50 minutes.
Chill and serve with whipped cream. (Calculate nutrition info for whipped cream separately.)
