Pita and tomato pizza

Ingredients
* Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .15 cup * Salt, 1 dash * *1/8th tsp red pepper flakes, 1 serving * *Pepper, white, .5 tsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Heat oven to 350
chop tomatoes and red pepper mix with olive oil and herbs, spread over pitta. spread cheese on top of that.
Bake 20 minutes.
