Baked Apples

Ingredients
4 apples, cored and scooped out1 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tbsp butter2 Tbsp fresh cranberries, chopped2 Tbsp pecans, chopped1 Tbsp rolled oats2 tsp maple syrup
Directions
Combine brown sugar, cranberries, pecans, rolled oats and butter. Mix together with fingers breaking butter apart. Stuff apples with filling. Pour 1/2 tsp maple syrup over each apple filling. Place in 375˚F oven for 30 mintues in baking dish filled with 1-inch boiling water.
