Cod Au Gratin

Ingredients
2lbs of Cod Fillets2 tbsp of Margarine3 tbsp of flour2 cups of skim milk1 cup of shredded low fat cheese, divided 1/4 cup of Panko
Directions
Bake fish for about 20 minutes until flaky.

Meanwhile melt marg and stir in flour until mixed well.

Add milk and 1/2 cup of cheese. Once thickened pour over fish.

Mix remaining cheese with panko and top.

Bake for another 25 minutes at 350.

Makes 8 servings.
