Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
1- 12 oz. package of Mann's Rainbow Salad3 T Granulated Sugar1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)1 package Oriental Flavored Ramen Noodles (uncooked and crushed)
Directions
Crush Ramen noodles.Mix all ingredients, including the ramen noodle seasoning packet in a medium to large bowl. Let sit for at least 5-10 minutes, but no longer than an hour for ingredients to emulsify. Serve chilled. Makes 4- 3 oz. servings.
