Salmon baked in parchment

Ingredients
10 oz of Salmon1/2 carrot4 bok choy leaves1 shallot1 Tbsp fish saucesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Spray parchment with cooking spray.
Lay half the bok choy/carrot/shallot on parchment.
Place fish on top and lay the rest of the veg on top.
Pour fish sauce over all wrap and bake at 425 for 10-15 min.
