Green Enchilada Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onions1 4oz can of diced green chili peppers1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast1 can Cambells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 soup can of water1 10 oz can of green enchilada sauceone dash of worchestershire sauce (i know, weird. But it adds a neat depth of flavor)
Directions
Saute onion until opaque. Add all other ingredients. Heat through.

Serving suggestions:
Top with shredded cheese and tortilla chips. Make it a meal by adding 1 cup cooked rice or one cup corn (these items are not included in the nutritional information, though).
