Banana Chocolate "shake"

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Milk, 2%, 1 cup Nestle Nesquick, 2 tbsp ice cubes to taste
Directions
put all ingredients in blender. I start with four cubes and that givs a frothy milkshake more cubes make it more of a smoothie but not as rich tasting
