8 medium Chicken Drumsticks, Skinned1 tsp Garlic Puree4 tbsp tomato ketchup1 tbsp clear honey1 tbsp dijon mustard1 tsp fresh chili paste or 1/2 tsp chili powdera dash of Worcestershire SauceSalt (optional)
1. Place the drumsticks in a shallow flameproof dish. Mix together the garlic, ketchup, honey, mustard, chili paste and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt. Pour the sauce over the drumsticks, coating thoroughly.
2. Preheat the grill to medium. Cook the drumsticks for 15 to 20 minutes turning frequently, until tender.
3. Serve Hot.
*You can also bake these in the oven. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then turn the chicken and bake for an additional 10 minutes or so until done.
