Shrimp quiche

Ingredients
1 pillsbury pie crust15 shrimp, diced1 small onion1 cup diced peppers1/2 habanero pepper, finely chopped4 eggs2 cups half and half3 -1oz slices swiss cheesedash of salt6 ozs shredded cheddar
Directions
Saute onion and peppers in 1 tsp canola oil. Add shrimp and saute for about 1 minute. Line 9" pie plate with pie crust. Place 3 one ounce slices of swiss cheese on bottom of crust. Spread sauted mixture over top of cheese. Beat together eggs, milk and 6 ozs shredded cheddar. Pour over top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 50 min.
