Spinach casserole

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt1/4 Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese4 Cups Fresh Spinach1 tsp Onion powder (grated fresh is fine)1/2 tsp Garlic powder (fresh is fine)
Directions
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with an Immersion Blender and pour into a square baking dish that has been lightly greased. Bake at 375 in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until center is "set".
