Savory Salami Muffins

Ingredients
Salami, Beef and Pork, 4 very thin slices1 tbsp Olive Oil0.5 Potato0.5 Medium Sized Onion 0.4 cup Fat Free Mozzarella0.4 Cup Flour0.5 EggMilk, nonfat, 0.4 cup Oregano, ground, 1 tspSalt, 3 dashes Pepper, black, 10 dashes
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 deg celsius

Sauté onions, salami and potato with olive oil.
Leave to cool.

Combine Flour and oregano and season with salt and pepper.

Mix milk with egg.

Add cooled salami mixture with the flour mixture and stir in the mozzarella. Add the milk mixture.

Spoon into muffin tray and bake for 20 mins.

Serve warm. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or english tea.
