Microwave Chicken

Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts - skin and bone removed1 Cup brown long grain rice1 big onion diced1 big tomato diced1 bell pepper diced1 small pineapple diced2 garlic cloves mashed1 small chilli or chilli saucea handfull of chopped cilantro1/2 lemon juice1/2 cup Soy sauce+- 2 cups of water
Directions
1. Cut chicken in strips and place n a microwave dish with a lid.
2. Add all the ingredients with the chicken.
3. Microwave for 5 min and let it rest for 5 min.
4. Repeat step 3 until rice is cooked and no fluid in the pot.
