Low Fat Turkey Chili in the Crock Pot

Ingredients
16oz of ground turkey breast1 15.25 can of black beans3 8oz cans of tomato sauce1 8oz can of diced tomatoes1 packet of ortega chili mix1 medium onion (chopped)1 bell pepper (chopped)1 tsp chili powder
Directions
In a sautee pan sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat add onion and pepper for about 2 minutes. Now add groung turkey breast and cook until almost done. In your crock pot add one can of tomato sauce, turkey, beans with liquid, chili packet, chili powder and the rest of the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Stir well. Put the lid on and cook on low for 4 hours. Makes 8 cups.
