Ingredients
water approx 1 and 1/2 cups1 cup raisins1 cup dried cranberries1 cup oat bran6 cups oatmeal1 cup raw sunflower seeds1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds12 scoops 6 star triple chocolate protein powder 160cal/ 26 g protein
Directions
Mix all dry then add water slowly until everything moist but hard to manage. place in 9 by 13 pan and cut into 32 bars
