Ingredients
Cottage Cheese - 1%Oatmeal - regularAlmonds, sliveredEggs, wholePumpkin, cannedFlour, whole wheatflax seedCinnamon & nutmeg to taste1 tbsp molasses
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until mixed well. Then portion out into 20 equal servings. Flatten and cook using non-stick spray until golden. Can freeze with wax paper between and then pull out as needed.

Makes 20 pancakes about 3-1/2" diameter
