Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 Cooked Chicken breast1/2 cup choped tomatoes1 tbsp choped onion2 Leaves iceberg lettuce chopped1/2 cup choped cucumber1/2 cup chopped melon 1 tsp Kraft mayo lighta dash of salt and peper
In a plastic container with a lid start off with the Mayo at the bottom and a dash of salt and peper.
Cut up the chicken breast in bite size strips or blocks, add to container.
Top with the tomato then onion, cucumber then the melon.
Top with the lettuce.
Close with the lid and off you go to work with lunch.
Keep refrigerated until lunch hour.
Mix together and enjoy
Serving for +- 2 servings. (You and your friend)!!!
