Ingredients
Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 64 fl oz Carrots, raw, 2 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 2 cup, diced Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can Beef bouillon, 3 cube Seasonings to taste, 1 serving Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) 2 large potatoesWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Makes 9 (2 cup) servings
Chop all ingredients and add to Crock Pot or slow cooker. Cook to desired texture. I usually cook it around 6-8 hours.

Usually I add lean round steak and measure the meat portion separately, even though I cook it in the soup.

Other Veggies can be added for different flavors, texture and nutrients.

Barley adds whole grain yumminess and a "comfort food" touch.
