sliced Jalapenos (any amount you prefer)one weight watchers ww pita5 sprays of I cant believe it's butter spray2 slices of american nonfat cheesesliced tomatoone large Egglands best egg (EB eggs contain 10x more Vit E than regular eggs. An antioxidant that helps protect cells in heart, skin, lungs and joints.)
spray both sides of ww pita bread with butter spray. layer 1 cooked egg on top of sliced pita. layer with jalapenos, sliced tomato and place one slice of nonfat cheese over ingredients and the other slice on other side of pita. place in toaster oven and bake on 400 for 10 minutes. when it comes out, the cheese is melted over the other ingredients and the pita is nice and crispy! Delicious!
