Cranberry Almond Granola Bars

2 cups rolled oats1/2 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup dried cranberries4tbsp whole flax seeds1/4 tsp salt4 scoops vanilla whey Protein Powder2 tbsp honey1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup (ED Smith)
Combine all dry ingredients. Add honey, syrup, and vanilla extract. Keep stirring to blend.
Coat square baking dish with olive oil spray. Press mixture evenly.
Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes
Cut into 16 bars
Great to wrap individually and take on the go for a healthy, low fat snack!!
