Zesty Shrimp and Orzo

1.5 pounds of uncooked shrimp 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1(.87oz) packet onion gravy mix 1.5 cups water 1 can (10oz) rotel 8 oz orzo pasta
1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 1–2 minutes. Combine mayonnaise and dry gravy mix in medium bowl. Coat both sides of shrimp, using tongs, with mayonnaise mixture and place in pan. Add remaining mayonnaise mixture to pan and cook 1 minute on each side until shrimp begins to turn pinnk.
2. Stir in water, tomatoes (undrained), and orzo until all ingredients are well blended. Cover and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce to medium; simmer (covered) 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender. Serve.
