Ingredients
Ground Beef Lean 93% Fat (Cub Foods) 1 lb.Pace Chunky Salsa, 1/2 cupProgresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1/2 cupCheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup, shredded Egg, fresh, 1 largeOnion, 1/2 cup (optional)Garlic, 3 cloves - minced (optional)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 8 servings
Mix all together put in loaf pan and cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or when meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
To make sure onions and garlic are soft they can be sauteed first to soften them up. The onion & garlic is also optional if you don't want them and replace with garlic or onion powder. Nutrition is based on exact recipe.
