1/2 Medium Banana1 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin 1 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup Egg Beaters2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp vanilla2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp saltguittard extra dark chocolate chips, 1/4 CHershey's semi sweet chocolate chips, 2 tbsp
Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl - slightly mashing banana. Mix well. Then add all dry ingredients except chocolate chips, mix. Slowly add chips and mix till blended. Preheat oven to 350, put on sprayed cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
