Ingredients
Crust:1 1/2 cups flour4 T Light Country Crock Margarine3/4 C Chopped Pecans1st layer:8 oz Fat Free Philedelphia Cream Cheese1 Cup Powdered Sugar1 Cup Fat Free Cool Whip2nd Layer:2-3oz pkgs fat free/sugar free chocolate (or any flavor) Jello Pudding mix3 Cups skim milkFat Free Cool whip and chopped nuts for garnish if desired
Directions
Makes 24 2" pieces

Crust:
Blend & Press the ingrediants below in a 9 x 13 glass pan
1.5 cups flour; 4 T melted low fat margarine; 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Bake at 325 degrees until brown - cool

2nd layer:
8 oz Fat Free Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 Cup fat free Cool Whipe
Beat all ingrediants with mixer & spread over cooled crust

3rd Layer:
2- 3 oz packages of fat free, sugar free chocolate pudding mix (or whatever flavor you desire)
3 cups skim milk
Mix with an electric mixer for 2 minutes - then spread over the cream cheese mixture

Top with more Fat Free Cool Whip and nuts if desired!

    Recipe looks good -- what I did to slim it down. TIP: Use Splenda instead of powdered sugar. It dissolves quickly (which is why you use powdered sugar) and saves even MORE cals and carbs. - 2/2/12
